Board of Trustees
The board of Trustees are voluntary directors who share ultimate responsibility for the Pre-School.
Clifton Moor Pre -School employs a full-time manager who is responsible for the team of professionally qualified and experienced staff who together run the day to day operations of the Pre -School.

The manager reports to the board of trustees at each board meeting.

The PreSchool is also registered as a company with charitable status. This means we have no shareholders and all profits are retained for the use of the Pre-School.
The company was formed following the dissolution of Clifton Moor Pre-School Playgroup. The company has inherited the charitable objects of that group.
